- They are properly licensed & insured in the state of Florida
- Have the proper workers comp coverage
- Prove financial responsibility
- Must attend training and seminars as well as continuing education
- Must be a top producing roofing company in the entire roofing industry.
- Must have been in business for at least years.
- Must have a 99% customer satisfaction rating.
- Must maintain at least a A rating with the BBB.
